Having gated community security and 24x7 water supply was important for us with the kids. The price for the larger flats goes up to 1.14 crore, which was a bit more than we planned, but the peace of mind is worth it. The Vastu compliance was also a plus point. We liked that it is ready to move, so we could shift soon after purchase. The construction quality seems solid from what we observed during our visits.
