The 1 BHK configuration with a 407 square feet carpet area is comfortable for my needs. The proximity to OM HOSPITAL, a short distance, is a crucial factor for me. The project was completed in June 2021 and is ready to move in, which suited my timeline perfectly. The price at 36 Lakh onwards is reasonable for a ready possession property in Pune. While the project is good, I found the parking space a bit limited if you have guests over frequently. Still, the overall quality and location are commendable.
