This is my very fit property purchase, and I chose Shreyas Orchid. I got a 2 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of 785 square feet. The location in Fuungi is quite convenient, especially being close to OM HOSPITAL. It is also ready to move, which made the process much simpler for a fit-time buyer like me. The developer, Shreyas Infrastructures, seems to have a decent reputation. Having car parking is a definite plus. My only concern is the noise from the nearby highway during the day, but it quiets down at night. I am still settling in, but it feels like a good start.
