The 2 BHK flats have a carpet area starting from 395 square feet, which is decent for a small family. Ram India Group has finished the project by October 2022, which is good. The amenities list is quite extensive, with things like solid waste management and a sewage treatment plant included. My only concern is the commute; Fuungi can get quite congested during peak hou, and getting to my business in Koregaon Park takes nearly an hour sometimes. Still, the space inside the flat is functional.
