Avani Infra Developeseems to have a good plan for amenities like solid waste management and landscaping. It's still under construction, with completion expected in July 2026. I'm looking at the numbeand the potential appreciation in Secunderabad, Medchal, makes sense for an investment. The ORR exit being close is a practical advantage for connectivity. I did notice dust from the ongoing construction, which is expected at this stage. Hopefully, they manage that well.
