    We just bought our fit flat at AV Square. It's a 3 BHK and the size is around 1140 square feet, which feels quite big for us. We liked that it's a gated community with 24/7 security. The price was within our budget, around 47.88 Lakh. The location in Rajarhat, Newtown seems promising for future growth. It's also very close to the airport which is convenient for my husband's work trips. The builder, AV Group, has been quite responsive to our queries. We haven't moved in yet but we are excited about our new home. The common amenities like the children's play area and gymnasium look good.

    I bought this 3 BHK flat at AV Square for my parents who are living in Kolkata. They wanted something in Newtown and this location seemed good, close to Lotus Hospital which is a short distance. The flat size is decent, around 1300 square feet. My parents were impressed with the 24x7 water supply and the gymnasium. AV Group seems to have decent facilities. The only slight issue they mentioned is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it's manageable. It’s a ready-to-move property which was a priority. Overall, it seems like a good place for them to stay.
