It’s under construction, due for completion in March 2026. The location near Ideal Colony Metro Station (1.7 KM) is a big advantage for our daily commute to work. We also liked that Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School is nearby, which is convenient for our children. The price starting from 3.03 Crore is a bit steep for us, and we're hoping Aumsanika DevelopeLLP P might offer some flexible payment options. The traffic on Paud Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for us, but the overall layout and the developer's reputation are strong selling points.
