We decided on Atul Westernhills D 5 for our family home. The location in Sus, Pune, is developing well and is close to D. A. V. Public School which is nearby, perfect for the kids. We are looking at the 3 BHK configuration which has carpet areas ranging from 858 sq.ft to 1006 sq.ft. The budget is between 1.08 Cr to 1.37 Cr. The project offegood amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and jogging track. Rain water harvesting and water conservation are also listed, which is important. The only slight worry is the distance to Jupiter Hospital, which is nearby, but that's manageable. We are looking forward to moving in after the November 2024 completion.

It’s a good size for our growing family. The developer, Atul Enterprises, seems to have decent amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The price is around 1.37 Cr, which is a stretch but manageable. The main issue we are worried about is the dust and construction noise since it's still under construction and expected to finish by November 2024. We really hope the finishing is good and they manage the site environment better. The nearby D. A. V. Public School is also a plus.

Being under construction, there is some dust and general inconvenience, but that’s expected. The completion date is set for November 2024. The proximity to the Mumbai-Pune expressway is convenient for travel, and the proposed Metro Station at Hinjewadi is not too far either, which will be great for commuting. The developer, Atul Enterprises, has included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system. The price was about 1.15 Cr, fitting well within my savings plan. My main concern is the parking situation; the project mentions closed car parking, but I hope it's sufficient for residents. Construction is still ongoing and is expected to be completed by November 2024. The location is developing, and it’s reasonably close to NH-48, though not directly on it. I am hoping for a smooth handover process.
