The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. My only concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, and I worry about finding a spot if I have guests often. The project is under construction and set for completion in May 2023.

It's close to Amity Univeity (5.5km) and Ohio Hospital (6km), which are important facilities for our family. The larger flats, up to 1244 Sq.ft, offer enough space for our kids. The developer, Skyscraper Realtech Properties LLP P, has included a children's play area and a yoga/meditation zone, which are perfect. The price for a 3 BHK is around 50 Lakhs, which is a significant investment but justifiable given the area and amenities. We are slightly concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, as getting out of Greewood Park can be slow. However, the 24x7 water supply is a big plus.
