We purchased a 2 BHK here in Asrithas Lotus Residency after retirement. The apartment size of 1275 square feet is quite comfortable for us. We appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the overall peaceful environment. The gymnasium is well-equipped for our daily workouts, and the children's play area is great for when our grandchildren visit. The location in Secunderabad is convenient, although Secunderabad Railway Station is about 10 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a distance for frequent travel. The builder, Asrithas Group, has provided good amenities. Water supply has been consistent so far. We are happy with the decision to move here.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment at Asrithas Lotus Residency in Thumukunta. The super builtup area is 1660 square feet, which gives us plenty of space. It's ready to move, which was important for us. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. We liked that there is a swimming pool and a yoga/meditation area. A minor issue we have noticed is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen trying to get onto the main road. Otherwise, the construction quality seems solid and the amenities are as promised by Asrithas Group.

Finally upgrading from our rental place! We chose Asrithas Lotus Residency for our new 3 BHK. The 1660 square feet size is exactly what we needed for our growing family. It's great that it's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long. The Rainwater Harvesting and Garbage Disposal systems are good features for sustainability. The Excellencia Infinitum CBSE School is only nearby, which is perfect for our kids. The entrance lobby is quite grand. My only slight concern is the parking area; it seems a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, we are looking forward to settling in.
