Karve Nagar is a well-established area, and being close to a major hospital like Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is a definite advantage. The inclusion of landscaping and tree planting adds to the aesthetic. However, the lack of readily available pricing information and OC received details makes a thorough financial assessment difficult. Also, parking can be tight if you have multiple vehicles.

Karve Nagar is a developing area, and the proximity to Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School and Jr. College, nearby, is a significant plus for families. The landscaping looks good. My main concern is the access road; it seems a bit narrow and could get congested.
