Getting my kids into Delhi Public School Sushant Lok, which is literally nearby, was the main driver for choosing Ashley Estate Floor 1. It’s incredibly convenient. The Huda City Centre Metro Station is also just a short walk away at nearby, making commutes easier. We opted for the 3 BHK builder floor, which is 1935 square feet built up. It’s ready to move and was completed in January 2023. The location in Sector 43, Sushant Lok 1 is very good. My only minor worry is the parking situation; while available, it can feel a bit cramped sometimes, especially if we have guests. Otherwise, having Paras Hospitals so close is also a great comfort for the family.
