As a government employee, stability and location are my primary concerns when buying property. Ashed Regency Taj in BTM Layout fits the bill. It is ready to move in, which means no waiting period. The fact that it is located in BTM Layout, Bengaluru, is a plus. I visited the site and the construction quality appeared decent. The nearby amenities are quite good; ORCHIDS The International School is just a short walk away, and Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is also at the same distance, nearby. This makes it a practical choice for living. While the overall project seems fine, I did notice some dust and construction debris from ongoing work nearby, which is a common issue in developing areas. Hopefully, that will settle down soon. The connectivity to the Jayadeva Metro Station is also a positive point.

The area itself, BTM Layout, is well-connected, and the Jayadeva Metro Station is accessible within a reasonable distance of nearby. While the location and convenience are great, we did find the rooms to be slightly smaller than we had hoped for. We are hoping we can make it work with smart furniture choices.
