It is ready to move in, which means no waiting period. The fact that it is located in BTM Layout, Bengaluru, is a plus. I visited the site and the construction quality appeared decent. The nearby amenities are quite good; ORCHIDS The International School is just a short walk away, and Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is also at the same distance, nearby. This makes it a practical choice for living. While the overall project seems fine, I did notice some dust and construction debris from ongoing work nearby, which is a common issue in developing areas. Hopefully, that will settle down soon. The connectivity to the Jayadeva Metro Station is also a positive point.
