The proximity to JP Nagar and Jayanagar is good for accessing essentials. However, the lack of available information on completion and OC received is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property. I do find the road leading to the project a bit narrow, which can be a slight inconvenience during heavy traffic. Still, for the price and location, it's a solid choice.
