I really liked the idea of a jogging track and a yoga hall for my fitness routine. Also, the 24x7 security is a big plus for me. The 3 BHK flat size is around 1447 Sq.ft, which is more than enough for one peon but gives flexibility. The price around 58.0 L is manageable. My only concern is the distance to the main city areas like the hospital, which is nearby.
