The price range of 59.2 Lakhs to 83.16 Lakhs is quite varied, allowing some flexibility. The Luxurious Clubhouse with Pool & Gym is a major draw, offering good recreational options. Being close to the Cantonment General Hospital at nearby was a significant factor in my decision. The car parking is ample.

The price was in the upper range, around 78 Lakhs, but the built-up area and amenities justified it for me. The Luxurious Clubhouse with Pool & Gym is great for networking and fitness. The proximity to the Neheru Outer Ring road at nearby is beneficial for logistics and travel. Ark Buildehas a decent reputation. One thing to note is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas can be a nuisance sometimes. The water softener plant is a good addition though.
