I bought a 1 BHK in ARK Alfa Homes Phase 2 as an investment property. The carpet area is 418 square feet, which is a decent size for a single peon or a couple. The price point starting at 29.0 Lakhs seemed reasonable for the Wagholi area, especially given it's ready to move. ARK Prem Developehave a track record, which gives some confidence. The proximity to the Pune Ahmedabad highway is a plus for potential renteI am hoping for good rental yields here. The main thing is the rental demand in Wagholi has been growing. I did notice that OC received status was not available, which is something to consider, but since it was completed in December 2019, I am hoping that is just paperwork.

We paid 44 Lakhs for our unit. We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Wagholi. The developer, ARK Prem Develope, has delivered projects before, which was reassuring. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity that they provide. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty. Ramwadi Metro Station is quite far at nearby, so relying on peonal vehicles or autos is necessary for longer commutes. Still, the overall value for money seems good.
