The building has essential amenities like power backup and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind. The size of the flat at 1150 square feet is comfortable. I visited the site and it looked well-maintained. The price point of 71.3 Lakh onwards for this configuration is acceptable for a ready to move property in this area. I am happy with the decision so far.
