The location in Begur is quite accessible, with National Highway 44 nearby. I appreciate the security guards and the fire fighting system for safety. The landscaping looks nice and adds to the overall appeal. While the price of 48.3 Lakh is fair, parking can be a little challenging if you have multiple vehicles, as it seems a bit tight. The presence of lifts is convenient for moving around the building. The community hall could be useful for gatherings.

Construction seems solid. We have seen the landscaping and it looks well maintained. The security guards are present always, which is important for us. Power backup is also available. Overall, it is a good option for us.
