Just moved into Aranya One44 Phase 2. The 4 BHK villa is quite spacious, especially the 1905 sq.ft one. Location is superb with Bright Day School and HCG Cancer Hospital literally next door. The price point of around 1.40 Crore felt reasonable for a ready-to-move villa in Vadodara. Vihal Buildcon has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. My only small issue is the traffic on Vasna Bhayli Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Parking inside the complex is closed, which is a relief. Overall, a good purchase.

Aranya One44 Phase 2 was an excellent choice for my family. We opted for the larger 1905 sq.ft villa. The 4 BHK layout is perfect for us. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to HCG Cancer Hospital and Bright Day School. The price of 1.41 Crore was at the higher end but the quality of construction and the amenities like the multipurpose hall and children's play area justify it. Vihal Buildcon has delivered a solid product. The closed car parking is spacious. The 24x7 water supply has been consistent so far. We are happy with our decision.

We were looking for a ready-to-move villa with good facilities for our children. Aranya One44 Phase 2 fit the bill perfectly. The location right behind Bright School is unbeatable for us. We got the 1845 sq.ft villa, which is ample. The children's play area and swimming pool are big hits with my kids. The price was around 1.38 Crore, which we found acceptable given the prime location and the ready availability. Vihal Buildcon has ensured 24x7 security and water supply, which are essential for us. The only slight drawback is the approach road can be a bit narrow for larger vehicles, but manageable.

The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give me peace of mind when I'm at work. The price was slightly above my initial budget, finishing around 1.39 Crore, but it's worth it for the location and amenities. The letter box system is a nice touch too.

I bought a villa in Aranya One44 Phase 2 from Vihal Buildcon as an investment. The area behind Bright School on Vasna Bhayli Road is developing well. The ready-to-move status is a significant advantage for immediate rental income. I picked the 1845 sq.ft configuration, priced at 1.37 Crore. The proximity to the Central Bus Stand Vadodara is a plus for tenant accessibility. While the villas themselves are good, I noticed there is a fair amount of construction dust in the vicinity from ongoing developments nearby. However, I expect this to settle down as the area matures. The RO water system is a good feature for tenants.
