I purchased a 4 BHK with a spacious 2754 sq.ft built-up area. The Vastu compliant design was also an important consideration for me. The township offea variety of amenities, including a gymnasium and a volleyball court, which are useful. The pricing is in the higher range, starting from 54.33 Lakh up to 3.25 Crore, but the quality and facilities seem to justify it. The scenic lakes within the township add a unique charm.

We chose Applewoods Township mainly because of its proximity to S. G. Highway and schools. Shanti Asiatic School is just under 2 kilometeaway, which is perfect for our kids. We bought a 2220 sq.ft 3 BHK, and the space is ample. The availability of amenities like a tennis court and integrated parks for recreation is a big plus for the children. The whole township has a plush green environment with open gardens, which is very pleasant. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but it's manageable. The ready-to-move status was also a key factor for us.

The township itself has a lot of amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium which is nice for unwinding after long shifts. The main concern is the traffic getting to the city center during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, overall it offea good living environment.

The township has a mini theatre and a swimming pool which are great for weekend entertainment. Living near S. G. Highway, even though it's nearby, means we can travel easily. The area is generally peaceful. One small issue is that the parking space feels a bit limited for visito, which can be inconvenient sometimes when friends come over. Overall, it's a much better environment than our previous rental.
