Being ready to move was essential for us. The proximity to Indian Institute of Science, just a 5-minute drive away, is fantastic for my older son's studies. The complex has a volleyball court and a jogging track, which my kids love using. The price is on the higher side, starting at 7.31 Crore, but we felt the amenities and space made it worthwhile. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief. Parking can be a bit tight though.

    We were looking for a spacious villa near the city and Applewoods Semillon in Shela caught our eye. The 6255 sq.ft 5 BHK villa felt huge, perfect for us to grow into. It's ready to move which was a big plus, we didn't want to wait. The location is good, very close to Sardar Patel Ring Road, making commutes easier. They have a nice swimming pool and a gymnasium which we use regularly. My only small issue is the road leading up to the project can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during dry months. Otherwise, it's a decent place.
