    This is my very fit flat purchase, and I felt confident with Apple Anand Residency. I chose a 2 BHK unit, approximately 1080 sq.ft built-up area. It feels just right for a single peon or a small family. The location behind Aabkari Police Thana near Sanganer on NH-8 is decent, and it's about a 2-minute drive to Subodh Public School. The price was within my budget, around 29 Lakhs for my unit. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the power backup system, which offepeace of mind. The only thing I’m a bit concerned about is the proximity to the highway, I can hear the traffic noise sometimes, especially at night. But the builder, Apple Homes, has been responsive to my queries.

    We bought a 3 BHK here at Apple Anand Residency. The location on NH-8, Sheopura is quite convenient for my business travel, especially being close to the airport. The built-up area is good, our unit is 1400 sq.ft which gives us plenty of space. Apple Homes completed the project in 2014, so it is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us. The price point was reasonable for the size and location. We also liked the idea of rain water harvesting. My only small issue is the traffic on NH-8 during peak houcan get a bit heavy sometimes, but that's expected living on a main highway.

    We chose Apple Anand Residency primarily because of its location near Sheopura, close to Subodh Public School. Our children can walk to school in about 2 minutes, which is a huge relief. We purchased a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1500 sq.ft. It is spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The project was completed in 2014, and it is ready to move in. The cycling and jogging track is a nice amenity for my wife and me. The only thing that botheus is the dust from the highway construction nearby, it can get quite significant sometimes. Still, the overall value and convenience make it a good choice.
