We liked the unique architectural design of the G plus 9 toweThe location on Pathur Road is very convenient for my business travel as AH 45 is quite accessible. I bought the 4 BHK apartment which is 2050 Sq.ft because I needed the extra room for my home office setup. The clubhouse is huge at 37,500 Sq.ft and really adds to the lifestyle here. Sometimes the noise from the nearby road can be heard in the lower floor balconies, but that is expected when you live in such a central location. Aparna Constructions has provided solid amenities like the swimming pool and gym which we use regularly.

I bought a 3 BHK unit with 1566 Sq.ft built up area. The proximity to Krishna Canal railway station is a big plus for connectivity. The amenities like the tennis court and the indoor game zones are maintained quite well. I think the pricing is justified given the facilities provided. Traffic on the main road can be a bit slow during peak houbut that is common everywhere now. I am happy with the purchase as it is ready to move and the paperwork process was smooth enough for me.

    We were looking for a modern home and found this 3 BHK flat here which has 1048 Sq.ft carpet area. The clubhouse is honestly the best part, especially the waiting lounge and the gymnasium. Everything feels very modern and we love the landscaping around the building. Since we both work in IT, the easy access to the highway makes our daily commute much faster. We have not faced any major issues since we moved in. The fountains and the amphitheater give the entire project a very premium feel. I opted for the 1562 Sq.ft 3 BHK flat. The project is Vastu compliant which was a primary requirement for my family. Being close to Manipal Hospital Vijayawada gives me great peace of mind. The grocery shop inside the complex is very helpful for daily needs, saving us many trips outside. My only minor complaint is that the water pressure in the pipes could be slightly better, but the management is looking into it. Overall, it is a decent place to live with good neighboand peaceful surroundings.

The 3 BHK unit we picked has a built up area of 1806 Sq.ft which feels very spacious for our family. Aparna Constructions has planned this project well with 70 percent open space for green views which is rare in this part of Guntur. My children spend most of their evenings at the skating rink while I use the cricket pitch. The only thing I would note is that the visitor parking gets a bit crowded during the weekends. Otherwise, the 24 by 7 security and video door security features make us feel quite safe here.
