The 1215 square feet area of the 2 BHK apartment is quite generous. The presence of a gymnasium and indoor games is a nice bonus for recreation. Its proximity to the Infopark Express Highway offegood connectivity. However, I was a bit concerned about the OC received status not being available. Anzera Properties built this project, and I am hoping all legalities are in order. The price point of 48.6 Lakh onwards is competitive for the area. The children's play area is also a good feature if family visits.
