I chose a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 719 square feet. The location in Dammaiguda, Secunderabad, is developing, and the price starting at 32.58 Lakh was very attractive. It's ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The gymnasium is a good facility for staying fit without leaving the complex. I also like the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the place feel pleasant. The only drawback is the dust from nearby ongoing construction activities, which is noticeable. However, the overall value and amenities make it a worthwhile purchase for me.

  As I am relocating to Hyderabad for work, I needed a place close to a hospital. Tulasi Hospitals is close to Anurag Siri Residency in Dammaiguda, Secunderabad, which is very convenient. I looked at the 2 BHK options, with built-up areas between 719 and 1038 square feet. The price point starting at 32.58 Lakh made it an attractive option. Being ready to move in 2013 meant I could settle in quickly. The gymnasium is a good facility for me. The 24/7 security is also reassuring. The apartment design is quite practical, though the kitchen space in the smaller 719 sq.ft unit could have been a little bigger. Still, for its proximity to work and amenities, it’s a good choice.

The apartment size is 1038 square feet, which is a decent size for renteThe price, starting from 32.58 Lakh, seemed fair for a ready-to-move property completed in 2013. Anurag Siri Residency offebasic amenities like a children's play area and gymnasium. The 24/7 security is also a standard requirement. While the project itself is good, the connectivity could be better. Habsiguda Metro Station is quite far at over nearby. Also, the OC received status is not available, which is a slight risk for future resale, but given the age of the project and price, it's an acceptable gamble for potential rental income.

  I bought this apartment for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. Anurag Siri Residency is in Dammaiguda, Secunderabad. They needed a comfortable place that was ready to move. The 3 BHK apartments have a built-up area of 1303 square feet, which is quite spacious for them. I liked that it has Vastu compliant features. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice green feel. Also, the 24/7 security is a must for me as I am not physically present. My parents are happy with the space and the amenities like the jogging track. The builder, Anurag Constructions, has a decent track record. It was important for them to not have any construction ongoing, so a 2013 completion was perfect.

It was completed in 2013 and is ready to move. This saved me a lot of hassle. The developer, Anurag Constructions, seems reliable. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The landscaping is well done, and it feels peaceful. The jogging track is a nice feature for morning walks. Security is also 24 houMy only concern is the availability of dedicated parking for visito, which seems a bit limited. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable place to live.

  We were looking for a place that was ready to move in and Anurag Siri Residency fit the bill. Got a 2 BHK which is 719 square feet. The price was also reasonable, starting from 32.58 Lakh. It's close to Secunderabad, Dammaiguda area, which is convenient for our commute. The construction was completed in 2013, so it's not a brand new project but it feels quite solid. The gymnasium and children's play area are good additions for us. Security is 24/7 which gives peace of mind. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but overall it's a good deal for the price and location.

  Finding a home near a good school was our priority. Akshara International School is close to Anurag Siri Residency, which is manageable. We got a 2 BHK apartment here. The built-up area ranges from 719 to 1038 square feet, so we chose one in the middle. It's ready to move, which was a huge plus since we didn't want to wait. The children's play area is a definite hit with my kids. They also have a party hall which is nice for family gatherings. The overall price starting from 32.58 Lakh seemed competitive for the area. Power backup is also available, which is essential. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main metro connectivity, Habsiguda Metro Station is over nearby.
