After retiring, my wife and I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Anu Cascade seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 1846 Sq.ft saleable area. Having amenities like rain water harvesting and water conservation shows they have thought about sustainability. The area in A. S. Rao Nagar is relatively quiet compared to other parts of Hyderabad. We liked the availability of both open and closed car parking. The only minor issue is that it's close to the Sainathpuram Bus Stop, which can be a bit of a walk for us sometimes. However, the overall ambiance and the developer Anu Constructions' commitment to basic facilities are commendable.
