Our children can walk to school, which is a massive relief. The project is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait for possession after booking. The location also offegood connectivity with the Delhi Meerut expressway nearby. The apartment is spacious enough for our family. One minor issue is the parking; it can be challenging to find space during evenings when most residents are home. The construction quality looks good, and the Ansal Housing name gives us confidence in the developer. It’s a good community for families.
