The 2 BHK flats are around 500 square feet carpet area, which is enough space for us. It is a gated community and has 24x7 security which gives us peace of mind. The location is also convenient, close to Indira Gandhi Memorial High School and ILS Hospitals. Even the airport is only 3 kilometeaway, which is handy for travel. The only drawback is the connectivity to the main city during peak houTraffic can get quite bad on the way to NH 12. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for a ready to move property.
