Our 3 BHK flat is 1310 Sq.ft, which gives the kids enough space to play. The children's play area and the swimming pool were big draws for us. It's ready to move, which meant we could settle in without waiting. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look nice. One thing I've noticed is that the parking can get a little tight sometimes, especially during weekends when visitocome. But overall, it's a good place for a family.
