The location in Sadguru Nagar is quite accessible, especially with its proximity to the Mahamarg Msrtc Bus Station (2.7 km). Being close to Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital is also a plus. The only slight drawback is the overall maintenance seems average, but it’s a good value proposition.
