Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Ahmedabad is just a short nearby walk away, which is incredibly convenient for us. The 2 BHK apartment we looked at was around 1080 square feet built up, which felt spacious enough for our family. Being in Central East, Shahibaug, it's a decent location, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houWe haven't seen all the amenities yet, but the proximity to the school was the main deciding factor. Shree Hari Enterprises seems to have a good reputation in the area. The building is ready to move in, which is a big plus.

Getting to work can be a bit of a challenge because the Shahpur Metro Station is almost nearby, so I have to rely on taxis or my own vehicle. The Khawaja Nasiruddin Chisty Road itself can get quite congested. I’m hoping the developer, Shree Hari Enterprises, will address some of the local traffic issues. Overall, it's a decent option for a single peon needing a comfortable space.
