I was looking for a calm place to build my retirement home and found Anjaneya Maruthi Nagar. The plots here are well sized, and I chose the 1348.29 Sq.ft one as it is easier to maintain. Anjaneya Housing Estates Pvt Ltd has managed the site well with proper drainage and rain water harvesting. It is fairly close to Varadhi Bus Stop which helps when relatives come to visit. My only concern is that there are not many grocery stores within immediate walking distance, so I will need to rely on my car for daily chores. Still, the neighborhood is clean and the roads are wide enough for comfortable movement. For those who want a quiet life after yeaof working, this is a very peaceful and sensible location.

We shifted our focus to Anjaneya Maruthi Nagar because of the N. St. Matthew's Public School being nearby. For our kids, this location is perfect as they do not have to travel long distances daily. We finalized the 1599.95 Sq.ft plot as it gives us enough space for a small garden. Anjaneya Housing Estates Pvt Ltd has delivered a ready to move site with solid waste management and disposal facilities already in place. My only complaint is that the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during school hou, which might be a bother once we start living there permanently. Otherwise, the neighborhood is peaceful and has good potential for long term value as the city expands toward this part of Tadepalli.

The plot sizes are quite good, especially the 1649.89 Sq.ft option which fits our house plan perfectly. Anjaneya Housing Estates Pvt Ltd has ensured the layout has basic infrastructure like storm water drains and proper rain water harvesting systems. The only issue is the current road work nearby which creates a lot of dust during the day. Once the access roads are fully finished, this area will be very convenient for daily commuting. We are still comparing a few other options but this remains a strong contender for our future home build.
