I am moving to Ahmedabad for work and need a comfortable home. Aniket Sky seems like a good option. It's located in Ognaj, North West Ahmedabad, and is reasonably close to KD Hospital and SGVP International School, both nearby. I am looking at a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1728 square yards. The price is around 70 Lakh. The project is under construction until December 2029. My only concern is the distance to the main city, but the proximity to the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway helps. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance is reassuring for security.

The price point starting from 52.57 Lakh is competitive for the area. I liked the idea of the EV charging wall, very modern. The location in Ognaj, North West Ahmedabad is decent. However, the traffic on the Sardar Patel Ring Road can be heavy during peak hou, which is a slight worry for my daily commute. The developer, Aniket Corporation, is promising a December 2029 completion. The gym and multipurpose garden look good.
