We chose Anaya Eternity primarily because of its proximity to schools. Shree Ambe Vidyalaya is right next door, which is incredibly convenient for our children. The 4 BHK villas offer ample space, with built-up areas around 2200 square feet, and the front garden is a nice touch. The developer, Anaya Realty, has included a swimming pool and indoor games, which the kids are very excited about. The price is on the higher side, about 1.5 Cr, but the convenience and the community features like the clubhouse and landscaped garden justify it for us. My only concern is the parking space for guests, as it’s a villa community and space might be limited. The earthquake-resistant structure is also a significant safety feature for our peace of mind.
