However, the lack of a received Occupancy Certificate (OC) is a significant drawback from an investment standpoint, potentially affecting loan eligibility and future marketability. Royal Group needs to address this. The presence of car parking and lifts is standard. I'm looking at potential rental income veus the initial outlay.
