We chose Anandi View because of its proximity to Devaki Memorial School, which is nearby. That was a huge factor for us. The 2 BHK apartments, ranging from 752 sq.ft to 1017 sq.ft, offer enough space for our small family. The price point between 25.94 Lakh and 54.44 Lakh was within our budget. Having a gated community with 24x7 security is very reassuring. The community hall is also a nice addition for gatherings. My only worry is the traffic on Kanjeelal Para Road during peak hou, especially when dropping the kids at school. But the overall environment and the facilities provided by Rechi Construction Private Limited make it a good place to live.

The price, starting from 25.94 Lakh, was very attractive for a property of this size in Kolkata. Having Charnock Hospital nearby is a significant advantage for peace of mind. The developer, Rechi Construction Private Limited, has included necessary amenities like power backup and lifts, which are crucial. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provide a sense of safety. The only issue I've noticed is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested sometimes. But considering the overall package and the ready-to-move status, it’s a good value proposition.
