After retirement, we wanted a comfortable home in a peaceful locality. Amrutha Residency in Gokul Nagar, Secunderabad, seemed like a good option. The flat size is ample at 1550 Sq.ft. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup system, which are essential. The children's play area is a nice touch, though our grandchildren only visit occasionally. The location is quite convenient with Johnson Grammar School nearby for any visiting family with kids. The price was slightly higher than some other projects we looked at, but the ready-to-move status was a major factor for us. The building is clean and the lift works fine.

Also, Yashoda Hospitals being so close is a big plus for peace of mind. The construction quality looks decent, and the common areas are maintained well. We did notice the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable given the connectivity.
