The size is quite large, our unit is 1722 square feet, giving us plenty of room. It is ready to move in, which was a major advantage as we didn't want to wait. The location in PI, Sector-PI is decent, although getting to the Noida Greater Noida Expressway can take around 15 kilomete, which sometimes feels a bit far. The developer, Amrapali Group, has a reputation, so we trusted them. The price for our flat was around 65 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the space. Overall, it is a comfortable home.
