I bought a 4 BHK apartment which is quite spacious, around 1300 Sq.ft carpet area. The project is ready to move and the amenities like the yoga/meditation area and swimming pool are appealing. The price of 5.38 Cr is at the higher end, but the quality of construction and the finishes appear to be good. My only minor reservation is the proximity to Nal Stop Metro Station, which is nearby, making daily commute a bit longer if needed. However, for daily needs, the local market is close.
