My fit property purchase! I chose Amit Montecito Phase I D Building Part 2 because it felt secure and had good amenities. The children's play area and the multipurpose room were big draws. I bought a 4 BHK with a carpet area of 2691 sq.ft. It's ready to move, which meant I could settle in quickly. The price was on the higher side, around 7.0 Cr, but it's in a good location at Parvati Dahan. I wish the OC received status was available, as that would have given more peace of mind. Overall, it's a good start for me.

The price is substantial, 7.16 Cr for the larger units, but the space and amenities justify it to some extent. My main concern would be the dust from surrounding development, which is common in developing areas.

This place is great for families. Muktangan English School & Jr. College is nearby, which is a huge relief for us. The kids play area is decent and the tennis court gets used a lot by residents. We have a 4 BHK which is quite spacious, about 2752 sq.ft carpet area. The project is by Amit Enterprises Housing LTD D and it's ready to move, which was key for us. The main downside is the traffic getting out of Sahakar Nagar Haveli in the mornings, it can get quite bad. Also, the Barbecue Area is a nice touch for weekend gatherings.

We finally moved into our 4 BHK here last month. The carpet area is massive, around 2700 sq.ft, which is more than enough space for us. Liked the location because it's close to Sahakar Nagar Bus Stop, making commutes easier. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good facilities to have right within the complex. Amit Enterprises Housing LTD D seems to have maintained the common areas well. However, the price point is quite high, definitely at the top end for Pune. Parking is also a bit of a squeeze inside the closed car parking area if you have a larger SUV.
