The 2 BHK flat I chose has a super builtup area of 1170 sq.ft, giving me ample room. The project is ready to move, which was essential given my urgent relocation needs. The Rain Water Harvesting system is a good feature for sustainability. While the drive to the hospital is okay, traffic can sometimes be a concern during peak houon the main roads.
