Being close to Baptist Hospital and Chanakya Univeity, a short distance, is very convenient. The plots are ready to move, which means we can start planning construction soon. I liked the idea of 100% customized villa construction starting from 54 Lakhs. We looked at a 1200 sq.ft plot. The surrounding area is developing, and the proximity to the airport is a definite plus. The main concern is the approach road, it can get a little busy during peak hou, but it's manageable.
