We moved into Aman Vedas Space a few months ago. The 1040 square feet 2 BHK feels quite spacious for us. Having the hospital just a kilometer away provides a lot of peace of mind. The jogging track is a nice touch for staying active. Security seems good with 24/7 guards and video door systems. The landscaping around the buildings is also well-maintained. It’s a quiet community overall, which is what we were looking for after a busy career. The builde, Aman Developer, seem to have focused on basic comforts. We are happy with the decision to buy here.

I purchased a 3 BHK in Aman Vedas Space back in 2013. The built-up area of 1335 square feet is substantial. At the time of purchase, the price point of around 76 Lakh was competitive for Nashik. The location in Govind Nagar offedecent connectivity with National Highway 50 and Mumbai Agra Road nearby. While Aman Developer has completed the project, getting an OC was an issue, which is a slight concern for resale value, though it's ready to move. The amenities like power backup and fire fighting systems are standard. I'm holding onto it, expecting appreciation.

It's a ready-to-move project by Aman Developer, completed in 2013. The price was in our budget, around 76 Lakh for the larger flat. We liked the children's play area and the overall landscaping. Connectivity is also good with National Highway 50 nearby. My only reservation is the condition of the jogging track; it needs some repair in places. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.

Having the hospital nearby is a huge convenience, reducing my commute significantly. The 24/7 security and power backup are essential for my demanding schedule. Aman Developer seems to have thought about essential amenities. The area is developing, and connectivity to main roads is good. The only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a temporary problem.
