The price for this unit was 76.05 Lakh. The project being ready to move is a plus for immediate rental income. Key amenities like piped gas connection and 24x7 security are attractive to tenants. While the completion date was January 2014, Alekhya Homes has a reputation for decent construction. The only drawback I see is that the OC received status is not available, which might slightly affect resale value or future plans.

Being close to CARE Hospitals is also a significant advantage for us. The price was around 90 Lakhs. The price was 76.05 Lakh, which I felt was a good starting point for me. The location is great, very close to Gachibowli and easy access to the Outer Ring Road. I was impressed with the children's play area and the landscaping. Having amenities like lifts and reserved parking is also very helpful. My parents were concerned about the completion date being January 2014, but the builder, Alekhya Homes, assured them it's ready to move and well-maintained. The main challenge is the parking space, it can get a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles.

The 2 BHK apartments are around 1170 square feet which feels spacious enough for us. We really liked the Vastu compliant design and the piped gas connection is super convenient. It's ready to move in which meant we could shift quickly after booking. The only issue is the traffic getting out of Telecom Nagar Extension during peak houcan be a nightmare sometimes. But overall, the proximity to work and the amenities like the children's play area for future family plans makes it a decent choice.

Finding a home with good facilities for kids was our priority. Alekhya Heliconia in Gachibowli has a dedicated children's play area and ample space around the building. We bought a 3 BHK unit measuring 1635 square feet. The location is fantastic, being close to Gachibowli and very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya, which makes school runs easy. The price point, starting from 76.05 Lakh for the smaller configurations, was within our reach. The project has essential amenities like a water storage system and rain water harvesting. The storm water drains are also a good feature. It feels quite safe with the 24x7 security.
