I chose Alekhya Good Earth for its convenient location in Gachibowli. As a single woman, safety and accessibility are my top priorities. The project is ready to move, and I found a spacious 3 BHK flat of 2984 square feet. The price starting from 1.28 Crore felt a bit steep initially, but the close proximity to HITEC City (0.6 KM) and Raidurg Metro Station (3.7 KM) makes my commute very easy. It's also reassuring to have CARE Hospitals nearby. The provision for power backup is a huge relief, especially during monsoons. However, I have noticed quite a bit of dust on the balconies from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a nuisance. Overall, it’s a decent place.

Being ready to move in was also a significant advantage, saving me a lot of time. The price point of 1.28 Crore onwards seemed reasonable for the size and location in Gachibowli. I checked the proximity to Oakridge International School, which is nearby, and also CARE Hospitals, which is conveniently close. Alekhya Homes has a reputation for timely delivery, which gave me confidence. The rain water harvesting and water storage amenities are good to have for long-term sustainability. My only minor concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, being so close to the main road.

The 3 BHK flat we booked has a generous built-up area of 2984 square feet, providing enough room for everyone. The price of 1.28 Crore onwards was competitive for the Gachibowli area, especially considering it's ready to move. Having amenities like lifts and rainwater harvesting is beneficial for our family. We appreciate that Alekhya Homes focused on essential facilities. However, the road leading to the project is quite narrow, which can be a bit inconvenient during peak traffic houDespite this, the location is worth it.

The 3 BHK flat offeample space at 2984 square feet, perfect for guests and hobbies. It was ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. The price of 1.28 Crore onwards is a considerable investment, but the proximity to Gachibowli and HITEC City is excellent for accessing amenities. I appreciate the inclusion of basic amenities like lifts and water storage. While the OC is not available, the building completion in 2013 suggests it's well-established. We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Hyderabad and found Alekhya Good Earth. The 3 BHK configuration with 2984 square feet built-up area is perfect for us as we plan to start a family soon. The location in Gachibowli is fantastic, very close to HITEC City which is where both of us work. It takes us less than a short distance commute. The price of 1.28 Crore onwards was within our budget after considering the size. We loved the idea of power backup and lifts, which are essential for comfort. While the project was completed in 2013, the construction still looks quite solid. The only drawback we've noticed is the parking space, which can be a bit challenging if you have more than one vehicle.

The fact that it was ready to move in 2013 meant I could settle in quickly without waiting for construction. The price of 1.28 Crore onwards aligns with the market rates for this prime location. Essential amenities like lifts and power backup are in place, which are non-negotiable for me. The only minor point is that the OC received status is not available, which I am looking into.
