The location on OMR is convenient for my commute. I liked the open spaces, which are 83% of the living area, making it feel less crowded. Akshaya Homes seems to have delivered a good product with the ready to move status. The construction quality looks solid, and the nearby Velammal school is a big advantage for future possibilities. I am still exploring all the amenities like the club house and multipurpose room, but I am happy with my decision so far.
