After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. Akshar Tulsi Status offered a 2 BHK apartment of 1107 square feet. The verdant surroundings and the spectacular view of the national park were appealing. It's strategically located near Vaishno Devi Circle on the SG Highway. Akshar Land Developementioned good civic amenities like 24x7 water supply and a solid waste management system. The entrance lobby looked quite grand. My only slight concern is that the traffic on SG Highway can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, it feels like a good place to relax.

As a business owner, I value location and connectivity. Akshar Tulsi Status is situated near Vaishno Devi Circle on the SG Highway, offering excellent access to SP Ring Road (600 mtr) and Nirma Univeity (3.1 km). The 2 BHK apartments are 1107 square feet built up, which is a decent size. Akshar Land Developehave provided good amenities like a lift, landscaping, and rainwater harvesting. We booked our flat for 49.97 Lakh onwards. My only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I expect that will settle down. The view of the national park is also a nice touch.

The price was around 49.97 Lakh. My parents are happy with the 24x7 water supply and the entrance lobby. The 3 open side properties aspect was also a selling point for better ventilation.

The price was around 49.97 Lakh which fit our budget. It is located near Vaishno Devi Circle on the SG Highway, which is quite convenient for getting around Ahmedabad. The construction seems solid and we saw a children's play area which will be good for future family. The developer, Akshar Land Develope, seems to have a good reputation. We are looking forward to settling in.

It is strategically located near Vaishno Devi Circle on SG Highway, with good connectivity to SP Ring Road and the Motera Stadium Metro Station. Akshar Land Developeprovided amenities like a lift, gymnasium, and 24x7 water supply. The price for a 2 BHK was 49.97 Lakh onwards. My only hesitation was the distance to SGVP International School, which is nearby. Otherwise, the project seems well-built with verdant surroundings.

Akshar Land Developealso included a gymnasium which is a bonus. The area is developing nicely with SP Ring Road just 600 meteaway. I bought an apartment at Akshar Tulsi Status as an investment. The location near Vaishno Devi Circle on SG Highway is prime for rental potential, with SP Ring Road and Nirma Univeity nearby. Akshar Land Developebuilt these 1107 square feet 2 BHK apartments, ready to move since September 2018. The price was 49.97 Lakh. While the project offeluxurious properties and lavish interio, the lack of an OC received is a bit concerning for future resale value. However, the strategic location and connectivity are strong positives. I am hoping the area continues to grow in value over the next few yea
