    After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. Akshar Tulsi Status offered a 2 BHK apartment of 1107 square feet. The verdant surroundings and the spectacular view of the national park were appealing. It's strategically located near Vaishno Devi Circle on the SG Highway. Akshar Land Developementioned good civic amenities like 24x7 water supply and a solid waste management system. The entrance lobby looked quite grand. My only slight concern is that the traffic on SG Highway can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, it feels like a good place to relax.

Akshar Tulsi Status is situated near Vaishno Devi Circle on the SG Highway, offering excellent access to SP Ring Road (600 mtr) and Nirma Univeity (3.1 km). The 2 BHK apartments are 1107 square feet built up, which is a decent size. Akshar Land Developehave provided good amenities like a lift, landscaping, and rainwater harvesting. We booked our flat for 49.97 Lakh onwards. My only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I expect that will settle down. The view of the national park is also a nice touch.
