The club house is an added bonus for relaxation. Akshar Associates Bhayli is the developer, and they seem to be focusing on basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit annoying. We are hoping for a smooth handover by December 2028.
