We are teacheand have been renting for a long time. Finally decided to buy our own place in Aishwarya Chethana Meadows. We liked the 2 BHK flats, especially the size. One unit was about 1083 square feet built up, which is much better than our current rental. The price range of 28.45 Lakh to 30.32 Lakh is a bit tight for us, but we are managing with a loan. The fact that it is ready to move in is a huge advantage as we don't want to pay rent and EMI simultaneously. The location near Sarjapur Main Road is good, although sometimes the traffic on Sarjapur Road can be a bit much. We checked out the children's play area and it looks safe for future use. Aishwarya Associates seems to be a decent builder.
